Description: Facilitated by Holistic Mental Health Counselor, Jordan Wildman, MS, join this four week series on creating and maintaining healthy habits. Our overall health, including mental health, is dependent on the healthy living choices we make, Come learn how to commit to those healthy choices and how to maintain them for optimal physical and mental health.
Topics to be discussed include: Proper nutrition, meditation adn mindfulness, healthy relationships, excercise and mental health.
