The salon is owned by Nancy Camp and Jamie Thomas. The salon offers haircuts, color, hair extensions, perms, manicures, pedicures, eyelash extensions, waxing and more.

Emporia & Company announces its opening at 1019 Main Ave.

The business is owned by J. M. Skjold, and Stevie Chambers is the design director. Emporia & Company offers estate jewelry, antiques, vintage clothing and accessories, art, sterling and linens. The store’s winter hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The business designs and creates or recreates gowns and accessories for weddings and special occasions by using vintage pieces. Organization and dressing of clients looking for assistance also is available.

The business also offers rental of it’s couture clothing and accessories. The business provides historical restoration of period furniture and appraisal service on all items. A jewelry historian, gemologist and jewelry designer is on staff.
