OId Man Winter is back for more

Heavy winds Sunday afternoon blew over several trash cans and newsracks downtown, including this one in an alley between East Fourth and East Fifth avenues and Third Street. Forecasts for the storm, which began with rain and snow showers around noon Sunday, called for 1 to 6 inches of accumulation by this morning.
