After his 4-for-4, two-triple, four-run, four-RBI afternoon against Delta on Tuesday, Mark Kobrin and the Durango High School baseball team will drag and water their baseball field for a pair of Southwestern League games this weekend. Durango (8-4, 3-1 SWL) will host Fruita Monument (9-4, 3-1) at 3:30 p.m. today in a battle for first place, then will host Grand Junction Central (7-4, 1-2 SWL) at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
