Clay Miller and the Bayfield Wolverines will host Pine River rival Ignacio in a nonconference baseball game at 2 p.m. today at Bayfield Middle School. The Wolverines (10-6 overall) have won seven consecutive games, including last weekend’s no-hitter by Miller (in five innings) against Centauri. After today’s game, Ignacio (3-12 overall) will head into the Class 2A District Tournament in Cortez for a noon game Saturday against Paonia (13-5-1). Enlarge photo
