Durango Fire & Rescue Authority firefighter David Stokes is covered with foam agent with water during a training exercise Friday on a home that is being demolished. DFRA is using the house at 11th Street and East Fifth Avenue for two days of training exercises, Friday and Sunday. The house will then be torn down and the landowner, Maxine Christopher, will replace it with a 2,100-square-foot super-insulated home.
