The highway signs read:

“Speed Limit – 60 mph, Night 55 mph: 5 p.m.-7 a.m., Sept.-May.”

It’s 5:01 p.m. on May 1, and the sun is still high in the sky as I drive the highway at 60 mph.

Am I breaking the law? Please help. May Day!
