Wednesday

8:50 a.m. Three people were camping illegally near the Animas City Trailhead off Birket Drive.

1:47 p.m. A white Saab appeared vandalized in the 2300 block of North Glenisle Avenue. The trunk was open, and it had been there for about a week.

4:22 p.m. A drunken man was stumbling in the road near East Fifth Avenue and Fourth Street.

4:34 p.m. A man wanted to talk to police about a confrontation he had with a parking enforcement employee about a boot on his vehicle in the 1100 block of Main Avenue.

5:55 p.m. A dirt bike with a full tank of gas was missing from in front of a manís home in the 200 block of East Fourth Avenue.

8:37 p.m. A man was locked inside Greenmount Cemetery, 900 Cemetery Road.

12:12 a.m. There was an odor of smoke or fire in the 17800 block of U.S. Highway 160, west of Durango.

9:45 a.m. A brush fire was reported in the 37000 block of U.S. Highway 550, north of Hermosa.
