UN taking up sustainable development

There is ample evidence to prove that the La Plata County Comprehensive Plan was crafted and built upon terminology and methodology as set forth by the United Nations Agenda 21 if one wants to find out the truth of the matter.

It seems as if John Culver, in his op-ed (Herald, April 15), either has no desire to find the truth or perhaps he is in favor of subjecting the people of the world, especially the United States, to the social and economic disasters necessary to bring about the mandates of Agenda 21.

And there is something new headed our way from the U.S.-hating U.N.: Another U.N. conference on Sustainable Development” – remember that phrase? Quoting from The New American magazine:

“The United Nations plans to use its upcoming UN Conference on ‘Sustainable Development’ (UN CSD or Rio+20) in Rio de Janeiro to amass a vast array of unprecedented new powers and literally reshape civilization, the global economy and even people’s thoughts, according to official documents. All of it will be done in the name of transitioning toward a so-called ‘green economy.’”
