85 percent of the way there

Like many people who came to shop at the recently re-opened south City Market on Monday, Nisia Lawler and her children Myla, 5, and Jed, 3, found the new produce section on the opposite side of the store. Lynn Hackler, store manager, said, We are about 85 percent done with construction, but we still need to complete the vitamin section and a few things in the deli and bakery area. And the salad bar will be ready in about two weeks, but all departments are 100 percent running. Another interesting thing about the store is that the produce bins were made from beetle-kill trees in Colorado, Hackler said. Enlarge photo
