Strawberry Vinaigrette


Ingredients:

1 pint frozen strawberries

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

¼ cup red wine vinegar

1½ teaspoons salt

¾ teaspoon pepper

¾ teaspoon garlic

1/8 cup cranberry juice

1 cup blended oil


Method:

Combine all ingredients except the oil in a blender.

After the ingredients are blended, slowly pour the oil in the blender and emulsify.
