A 4-year-old girl fell three stories from a window and landed on the hood of a car about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Durango Police Cpl. Glenn Edwards said.
The girl was found to be “alert and conscious” and taken to Mercy Regional Medical Center.
The accident occurred at a condominium in the 3500 block of West Second Avenue. The girl apparently was leaning against the screen of a window when it gave way.
Police did not identify the girl. No charges were filed.
