1:12 a.m. A black Mazda CX-7 almost hit a bicyclist near Main Avenue and 12th Street.

2:02 a.m. Three men were trespassing in the pool area at Ferringway Condominiums, 6 Ferringway Circle. Police made an arrest.

2:20 a.m. Three men were kicking over newspaper stands and trash cans in the 600 block of East Second Avenue.

8:20 a.m. Several people were sitting in bushes behind Albertsons, possibly drinking. Police issued citations.

2:12 p.m. Someone wanted to talk to police about a person who made threats at Wells Fargo Bank, 200 W. College Drive.

7:50 p.m. An iPod was stolen from the Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.

8:15 p.m. A moving truck hit a woman’s building at Parkside Terrace Condos, 1 East Sixth Ave.

11:13 p.m. A man reported that a woman assaulted him in the 900 block of Main Avenue. Police made an arrest.
