Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Ingredients:

About 8 poblano peppers

Pepper jack cheese

Method:

Grill peppers until blistered, about 5 minutes each side.

Cool, peel and seed.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Slit open the side of each pepper and stuff with a thin slice of pepper jack cheese.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
