“I think it’s pretty nice,” said Wilma Folsom-Zwygart, while shopping at south City Market with her aunt, Ernestine Brewer, 96, on Wednesday during the grand opening of the store after a 10-month remodeling effort. Lynn Hackler, store manager, said, “We are done with construction inside and outside.”
