10:28 a.m. A resident in the 2300 block of West Third Avenue complained about friends hanging out there to smoke marijuana.

11:09 a.m. Someone in the first block of Mercado Street in Grandview wanted to file an embezzlement claim.

11:14 a.m. A driver tried to run over him in the 500 block of Main Avenue, a caller said.

2:12 p.m. Someone left a child sleeping in a “carrier” outside a business in the 900 block of East Second Avenue.

5:02 p.m. A man was harassing customers at a store in the 800 block of East Eighth Avenue.
