Just when we think Durango Mountain Resort appreciates our business they blow it again. Recently, I was rushed to the hospital with a heart issue that necessitated the installation of a pacemaker.
My cardiologist told me that I would be unable to ski until next season.
Having already purchased my season pass, I took my doctor’s letter to the DMR office and asked for a refund. The response was, it doesn’t give refunds regardless of the reason.
How about that? The mountain hasn’t even opened and it refused a refund. Wolf Creek and Telluride seem to get closer every year.
