Address drivers’ cell use like drunken driving

I am shocked at the number of people that drive while using cellphones here in Durango. Some call this distracted driving. I think a better description would be negligent driving. It is time that this was addressed as the dangerous behavior it truly is. Hopefully the city or even the county will address this the way that they have done with drunken driving.
