Jeff Wells had his Aho! moment when the San Francisco 49ers put up 41 points to beat the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football.
The Durangoan was 14-for-16 in Week 15 to win our local Gridiron Green.
Tyler Aho of Frazee, Minn., liked the 49ers in New England’s wintry mix, too. Aho went to the Well(s) for two better; he was a perfect 16-for-16 to win the national Gridiron Green.
I guessed wrong on the Patriots, and I finished my week 10-6 to sit at 138.5-84.5 on the season.
Our leader is “edonelan” with 155 points, while Week 2 winner “packerfan” sits at 151 and Wells at 146, the top two among this year’s weekly winners.
A man named “tholeman” leads the Gridiron Gold with 153 points.
