When she was young, Mrs. Beltran was a fashion designer for Fashion Bar in Denver. She was a homemaker as the couple raised their family.

Mrs. Beltran enjoyed camping, fishing, crystals and flowers, especially for the butterflies they attracted, which she considered her symbol.

She and her daughter-in-law, Stephanie Beltran, were the best of friends and did everything together, her son, Rocky Beltran Jr., said.

“Elaine was a peacemaker, had many friends and loved her family deeply,” her son said. “Her grandchildren and family were of utmost importance to her, and she had a deep faith in God. Elaine was a giver of gifts to many friends and those in need. She was always happy and had a smile on her face.”
