God help those who misinterpret gun rights

I recently watched an interesting program in which several of the folks who were outed in a yellow journal laughably calling itself a newspaper were law-abiding gun owners in New York. Some were active law-enforcement officers and some retired. Now, although they’ve worked at keeping their home addresses from the public to protect their families, the criminals and thugs they have sent to prison will know just where to go when they get out of jail.

It was also interesting that when the names and address of the owner of this rag and the ones who ran the story were published on Facebook, they went into a full-blown panic and got their armed guards in place.

It raises hypocrisy to a whole new level. Is it the paper’s First Amendment right to expose law enforcement personnel who lay their lives on the line every day as targets for any thug who wants revenge?

The left is so busy blindly swallowing this “ban guns” lie, it’s frightening. The propaganda wording has changed somewhat during the last several decades, but the message has not.

This comes from a book called, Hitler’s Table Talks 1941-44: “The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the ‘subject races’ to possess arms. History shows that all ‘conquerors’ who have allowed the ‘subject races’ to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that the supply of arms to the ‘underdogs’ is a ‘sine qua non’ for the overthrow of any sovereignty.”

No one on the left wants to check facts, readily available through the FBI’s crime statistics division.

God help those in this country who don’t understand the purpose and intent of the Second Amendment.
