Personal property declarations mailed

Personal property declarations will be mailed soon.

People who own a business or rental personal property (including vacation rentals) as of Jan. 1, with a total actual value greater than $7,000 per county are required to report their personal property assets to the county assessor on or before April 15. This includes household furnishings used to produce income and the furniture, fixtures and equipment used in a business.
