If you’ve ever tried Roxanne Riccardi’s delicious mushroom ravioli under the label Intolerant Italian, you’ll want to check out her new gluten-free shop of the same name.
The grand opening for the retail store and gluten-free kitchen is Feb. 23 from 4 to 8 p.m. at 509 E. Eighth Ave., Suite 3, in College Plaza. She will be offering free samples of gluten-free pastas, lasagna, pizza and take-and-bake meals.
The shop also will feature baked goods such as muffins, breads and cakes, all gluten-free, and high-quality olive oils imported from Italy.
