A winter storm came through Durango on Wednesday morning quickly leaving several inches of snow and making for a wintry walk for Jenna Meyer and her companion Heina on the Animas River Trail near 29th Street. The National Weather Service expects a 50 percent chance of snow today in Durango decreasing to a 20 percent tonight. A slight chance of snow returns to the forecast for Saturday through Sunday.
