There are flashing lights for the pedestrians on Camino del Rio telling cars to stop. Why can’t they do the same for the lights on Main Avenue and College Drive? The cars – especially a lot of the Durango and some just plain Colorado cars – go ahead and make the turn. They sure could either install flashing lights, or lower the lights for people to see better.
We watch cars turn constantly when the people are trying to cross, and, of course, we see people crossing when the cars are turning after the lights go off.
