St. Paul’s set to host Family Sunday School

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church will host the monthly Family Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. Sunday at the church, located on Junction Street directly across from Miller Middle School.

The theme will be “Welcoming Jesus!” Parents are encouraged to stay with their children for the lesson, songs and activities.

Har Shalom changes venue of Passover Seder

Congregation Har Shalom will host a community Passover Seder led by Rabbi Eliot Baskin on Monday at the congregation, 2537 County Road 203.

This is a new venue for the event. Appetizers will be served at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Seder at 6 p.m. The food will be provided by Norton’s Catering and will feature appetizers, a buffet-style dinner, desserts and beverages.

Volunteers are needed for setup, cleanup and other tasks. People are encouraged to bring a Seder plate and Elijah’s cup.
