High-schoolers should take aptitude tests

I disagree with those who would subsidize everybody who wants to go to college. More than half who go now never finish or party for four years and can’t get a job.

There ought to be mandatory aptitude and vocational testing of all high school seniors before they graduate. Those who qualify for trades or vocations should be referred to community colleges or trade or vocational schools, and unions would benefit if they helped with scholarships or financial aid for those who would train to be mechanics or truck drivers or equipment operators or nurses or secretaries or barbers, etc.
