STEAM park survey available to public

The city of Durango and the Durango STEAM Park committee have commissioned a feasibility study for a science, theatre, education, arts and music, or STEAM, cultural park, according to a Durango Business Improvement District news release.

The study is partially funded by an Energy and Mineral Impact grant of $75,000 from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs with the local match provided by from the city of Durango of $37,500 and private contributions of $37,500.

The committee wants as much feedback from the community as possible.
