Just read the editorial “Major Changes” (Herald, July 27) and was wondering, am I missing out on something tasty by not enjoying “coloric consumption?” Is this a special treat, or perhaps you intended to editorialize about “caloric consumption” trends here and throughout the nation? Surely, your staff can do better than this.
