I am more than a little grossed out by the large photo displayed in The Durango Herald on Oct. 4. The picture of Fort Lewis College students Haydin Collard and Jack Klim was pretty disgusting. One of the students is clearly shown with his butt and his bare feet firmly placed on the table and counters where his food is prepared. I give them both an F in food safety and manners. I am surprised that who ever took this photo didn’t pose the subjects a little more respectfully. For heaven’s sake, get a chair!

It truly is in very bad taste.
