A place to call home: This is what Ted and Wilma Cooper have created for many folks.

My son is one of the lucky ones to have the honor of living in such a wonderful spot. Animas Mobile Home Park is a safe, quiet, kind and beautiful little park.

I want to thank Ted and Wilma and their family for all the hard work and dedication over the years.

We greatly appreciate all that you have done and I only hope that the new owners will try and keep the standards that we have lived by since moving into the park. The Coopers are wonderful people and we only wish for the best for them and their family. Happy holidays.
