Another huge third quarter propelled the Ignacio girls basketball team to yet another big win.

After leading only 6-4 through one quarter, Ignacio (13-3, 9-0 San Juan Basin League) picked up the paced to take a 24-13 halftime lead before beating host Ridgway 54-19.

Hilda Garcia, Alejandra Lujan and Ellie Seibel all scored 14 points in the blowout win for the Bobcats. Avionne Gomez added six more points.

Ignacio will return home to host Nucla on Saturday.
