Animas helps students find themselves

Over the course of my high school career, I have been exposed to so many different types of people and personalities. I have been told what to do and what to expect. Until I came to Animas, I wasn’t sure who I was supposed to be.

This school has shown me how to embrace all of my imperfections that make me who I am. At Animas, I have grown into my own skin and have found that whoever I am and whoever I want to be is possible.

The cycling team has also had a major influence on how I found myself. I have discovered this amazing group of people that have pushed me and inspired me to pursue my passion for getting out and riding my bike. The support that I receive from these talented beings is tremendous and I would rather call them my family.
