My grandchildren had a great time recently at Santa Rita Park. The creative and accessible choices in play equipment are unique. There are quite a few safety features and clearly visible labels stating that the equipment is designed for 5-year-olds at the youngest. Just a heads up!
I noticed that due to the massive size of the equipment, at times my view of the river was blocked.
I am concerned that a child might somehow wander away from a full playground and get to the river unnoticed. Is there a possibility of installing a short fence, perhaps in a half-moon layout, between the playground and the river to help slow down any runaways?
Thanks to all involved in providing such a wondrous park!
