“Overcoming the Obstacles for Effective Meditation” will be presented by author and educator Roger Ringo at a seminar for answering how to “keep it together” in the modern lifestyle of pressure and stress.

Sponsored by the local chapter of Profound Mystical Meditation, the program is open to the public at 2 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. The sessions will be at the Christian Science Reading Room, 340 12th St. in Durango.
