    Registration open for DAC’s BoysARTThe Durango Arts Center’s BoysART program is intended for art-loving boys ages 12-15.

    This year, BART will feature multiple creative sessions taught by local artists: Dan Groth will teach collage and assemblage; Michael Darmody, an artist and instructor at San Juan College, will share how to design and build bristol board castles; Ed Bolster will teach perspective drawing; and DAC Applause Director, Jason Lythgoe, will be lead theater games.

    BART will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Registration fees are $400 for DAC members and $450 for nonmembers. Scholarships are available.
