Arts Briefs for Feb. 17
- Former Hollywood stunt coordinator and Durango resident Bud Davis will give a free workshop at 4 p.m. March 3 at the Back Space Theatre, 1120 Main Ave.
- Davis and other former stunt men will share clips and stories, perform live demonstrations and teach attendees how to do stunts – from falling off a ladder to jumping cars to blowing up a city block.
- Davis’ film credits include “Forrest Gump,” “Inglourious Basterds,” “Seraphim Falls,” “Star Trek: Generations,” “So I Married an Ax Murderer” and many others. The event is sponsored by the Four Corners Film Office. Seating is limited and is first-come, first-served.
