    Fundraiser to benefit children’s center

    Riverhouse Children’s Center will host the sixth annual Cheers for Children event to raise money for early childhood education from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Glacier Club.

    Proceeds from Cheers for Children will directly benefit Riverhouse Children’s Center and contribute toward its goal of providing $40,000 in subsidies to low-income families in the community.
