Are there subscription discounts for students and seniors?

College students who live inside city limits and esteemed members of our community aged 65 or over are eligible for a discount on a daily all access package or a print only subscription. Please call a circulation representative at 970-375-4530 to find out more!

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel before your subscription expires, we are happy to refund the remaining balance on your account. Refunds are processed every two weeks. If your remaining balance is $10 or less, we ask that you consider donating it to our Newspapers in Education Program to help us continue sending newspapers to schools around the county free of charge.

I get home delivery of the newspaper. Do I get free online access?

Existing subscribers have all access to DurangoHerald.com and  -Herald , a digital replica of the printed edition, including Android and/or Apple apps. These readers can link their existing delivery and DurangoHerald.com accounts and take advantage of all award winning products.

I don't want to subscribe. What can I still read for free?

Visitors can read 10 free articles per calendar month, including archived stories and blog posts. The homepage and section fronts, along with classifieds, photo galleries, video and weather can be browsed at any time for free. Registered users can comment on articles and sign up for daily newsletters and breaking news alerts without a subscription.

Can my family access the website with my subscription?

With a qualifying print and online subscription, members of the same household can access DurangoHerald.com. They can even have unique online accounts so they can subscribe to their own newsletters and comment on articles. Link additional online accounts to your print subscriptions here.

What is EZPay?

EZPay is an service that automatically renews your subscription at the end of the current term. Using this option costs less and you never have to worry about missing the news you've come to expect from The Durango Herald and DurangoHerald.com
