The Durango Discovery Museum on Friday celebrated Pi Day, which falls annually on March 14 to mirror Pi’s numerical value, 3.14. The museum held activities and games for kids as well as a pie eating contest. Pi is a mathematical constant derived from the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.
