8 a.m. Snowdown Balloon Rally and Mass Ascension, Red Rock Ranch. Parking available at Animas Valley Elementary School.

8 a.m.-1 p.m. Snowdown Balloon Rally Train, D&SNG Depot, 479 Main Ave. Train boards at 7:45 a.m.

8:30 a.m. Snowdown Broomball Tournament, Chapman Hill Ice Rink, 500 Florida Road.

9 a.m. Snowdown Shootout three-on-three Basketball Tournament, Durango Community Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.

10 a.m. Noon Show Games, Chapman Hill, 500 Florida Road or Santa Rita Park if there is no snow. The entry deadline is 30 minutes before event.

10:30 a.m. Snowdown Hash House Run, Best Western Mountain Shadows, 3255 Main Ave. The entry deadline is 30 minutes before the event.

10:30 a.m. Mountain Bike Snow Slalom, Durango Mountain Resort. The entry deadline is 15 minutes before the event.

11 a.m. Snowdown 8-ball Pool Tournament, El Rancho Tavern, 975 Main Ave. The entry deadline is 60 minutes before the event.

Noon Snowdown Chili Cook-off, La Plata County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall & Extension Building. The entry deadline is 8 a.m. Entry forms and rules are available at RE/MAX Western Realty, 1073 Main Ave.

Noon Foosball Tournament, draw your partner, El Rancho Tavern, 975 Main Ave.

Noon Outlaw Josie Pete's Golf Tournament, Main Mall Commons, 835 Main Ave.
