12:40 a.m. A woman using a counterfeit $10 bill in the 600 block of Camino del Rio said she got it from the bank.

1:18 a.m. Several underage drinkers were at a bar in the 1100 block of Main Avenue.

3:57 a.m. A dead cougar was in the middle of the southbound lane on Animas View Drive, near Main Avenue.

11:03 a.m. A business owner in the 2000 block of Main Avenue said someone broke into her business Sunday night.

3:49 p.m. Someone vandalized signs and a light on the river walk behind Escalante Middle School; nearby, homeless people have been tearing down a wall behind Wal-Mart and using it as shelter.

4:04 p.m. A window was broken on the front door of a business in the 500 block of Main Avenue.

6:53 p.m. A business owner in the 1100 block of South Camino del Rio said an employee has been stealing for about a month.

10:21 p.m. A man of chunky build with brown hair and a brown hat shoved people in a bar in the 900 block of Main Avenue.

10:28 p.m. Someone threw a rock and shattered the back window of the caller's vehicle in the 1300 block of Florida Road.

12:51 a.m. A burglary occurred in the 2800 block of Rancho Durango Road, south of Durango. It was the second in the last few weeks.

3:40 p.m. Neighbors have been trespassing and threatening a resident in the 4500 block of Florida Road (County Road 240).

8:37 p.m. Police were asked to check on the welfare of a child in Homestead Estates, east of Durango. The responding officer said the child was fine.

3:21 a.m. Someone in a truck was trying to break into vehicles in the 700 block of Lupine Drive.
