10:12 a.m. A shepherd mix was dragging a bike rack near 32nd Street and East Animas Road (County Road 250).

Wednesday

3:49 a.m. A woman was on someone’s front porch and wouldn’t leave in the 1600 block of Eastlawn Avenue. The woman was gone when police arrived.

8:42 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the District Attorney’s Office in the Old Main Post Office Building, 1060 Main Ave.

1:02 p.m. A man on a bench was talking about stabbing people at Town Hall.

Tuesday

4:25 p.m. Someone was receiving harassing phone calls, according to a report made at the Durango Police Department, 990 East Second Ave.

4:50 p.m. Drivers in a Volkswagen Jetta and a Toyota Rav4 were involved in a noninjury accident in the 900 block of Main Avenue.

5:58 p.m. A bicycle was stolen in the 2700 block of Mesa Avenue.

6:18 p.m. A drunken man was threatening someone in the 100 block of East Fifth Avenue.

7:40 p.m. Several vehicles were parked illegally and were blocking access to a woman’s driveway in the 300 block of Jenkins Ranch Road.

8:30 p.m. Someone was sending harassing text messages to a woman in the 1000 block of Avenida del Sol.

9:26 p.m. Someone shot a man’s window with a BB gun in the 1800 block of Highland Avenue.

La Plata County Sheriff

Wednesday

3:52 p.m. Four-wheelers were driving on Ridgetop Drive in the Forest Lakes subdivision.

Tuesday

8:59 p.m. Cows were destroying a man’s alfalfa field in the 500 block of County Road 332, in the southeast corner of La Plata County.

Wednesday

2:28 p.m. A woman appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in the 600 block of Buck Highway (County Road 521).

Durango Fire & Rescue

Tuesday

6:11 p.m. It was unknown what, but something was on fire in the 3600 block of County Road 225, northeast of Elmore’s Corner.

11:56 p.m. There was a brush fire in the lower 100 block of Timber Drive in Durango West I.
