Animal Control Tuesday

11:37 a.m.
Someone found a kitten in the 100 block of Riverview Drive.

Monday


5:17 p.m.
A woman wanted to talk to an Animal Control officer about a neighbor?s dog attacking her dog on Vista Linda Avenue.

Tuesday

12:13 a.m.
Someone reported a loud party in the west 600 block of 33rd Street. An Officer responded and found a couple of roommates carving pumpkins.


2:55 p.m. A driver was stopped for speeding in a school zone in the 600 block of East Third Avenue.

Monday


6:17 p.m.
A boy was riding a scooter in the middle of the road in the 800 block of Goeglein Gulch Road. An officer responded and found children playing in a parking lot.

11:13 p.m.
A black Pomeranian was loose in a parking lot in the 1300 block of South Camino del Rio. An officer was unable to catch it.

La Plata County Sheriff
Tuesday

10:16 a.m.
An old gray Subaru had been parked for several days in the 6000 block of Florida Road (County Road 240) northeast of Durango.


12:03 p.m. Someone in a blue Dodge Dakota was spinning doughnuts at county roads 211 and 212, on the road leading to the Animas-La Plata Project.


1:34 p.m. Someone trespassed last weekend on a man?s property in the 5900 block of U.S. Highway 550, near Bondad Hill.

Monday


6 p.m.
Someone burglarized a home by entering through a window in the 2400 block of County Road 203, north of Durango.


8:06 p.m. Two people were assaulted in the 3100 block of County Road 222, southeast of Elmore?s Corner.


8:20 p.m. Three black cows were on the road near county roads 334 and 336, east of Ignacio.

Fort Lewis College Tuesday


2:16 p.m.
A skateboarder was on the road at Talon Lane and Skyhawk Avenue.
