I don’t see why the marijuana wholesalers and retailers should get any extra tax money back by the state. There other businesses that don’t get any money back.
All the excess funds raised should go to taxpayers or homeowners. It seems like the state legislators want to end TABOR for good. If the state can’t write in the law books how to give taxpayers and not drug dealers the excess funds, maybe we should set some new ones.
