As Colorado lawmakers address cellphone usage while operating a vehicle, when will these lawmakers consider protecting innocent children from the harms of breathing toxic tobacco smoke when passengers in vehicles?
Amazingly, Arkansas lawmakers addressed this child-safe health issue in 2006, with an upgrade in 2011. Shouldn’t “sensitive and protective” Colorado be leading Arkansas?
