I am thankful to our county commissioners for opposing the PAUSE Ballot Initiative 16. They have definitely put the people in La Plata County first.
The ranchers and farmers in this area have worked most of their lives to try to survive by doing what they love to do (certainly not to get rich) and their wares and goods have benefited so many of the population, so kudos to the commission for thinking of us and helping out.
