This needs to be said: United Airlines has to be the worst airline in the United States. It cannot be counted on to get you anywhere on time, and the unexplained canceled flights are unendurable. At any gathering of people in Durango, everyone has a United story.
Please don’t tell me we should be grateful to have the service of this miserable airline. I think United should be booted. Thank you. Now, I feel better.
