The Montezuma County Board of Commissioners and staff met in their new chamber Monday after a large remodel project. The new meeting room is upstairs in the county administration building’s east wing, where District Court had been housed. From left are county Clerk Kim Percell, county Manager Melissa Brunner, county attorney John Baxter, commissioners Keenan Ertel, James Lambert and Larry Don Suckla, and information technology director Jim McClain. The room is equipped with three large screens for the public to view documents, a podium for citizen comment, and upgraded audio systems.
