James Biard was born and raised in Dolores. He coaches middle school football, high school football and middle school basketball.<br><br>As a board member, he said, “He’d like to organize more programs for kids in the community. I love this town and feel it is my duty and my time to serve on the board. Plus I think it would be fun.”
